Bellflower Root

Ingredients

  • 1 oz (30g) dried bellflower root

 

Re-hydrate the Bellflower:

  • Soak in salted, cold water for at least 24 hours.

  • Drain and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons salt for 30 minutes.

  • Squeeze moisture and rinse salt off in cold water.
