Bellflower Root
Ingredients
- 1 oz (30g) dried bellflower root 
Re-hydrate the Bellflower:
- Soak in salted, cold water for at least 24 hours. 
- Drain and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons salt for 30 minutes. 
- Squeeze moisture and rinse salt off in cold water.
