Ingredients
- 4oz (5g) dried gosari 
- 1 tsp (5ml) sesame seed oil 
- Salt, to taste 
Prep and Cook the gosari
- In a large saucepan add gosari to 5-6 cups (1 liter) of water. 
- Boil 20-30 minutes in covered pan. 
- Remove from heat and leave covered for 1-2 hours. 
- Drain and rinse in cold water several times. 
- Place in bowl of cold water for 2 hours, then rinse and refreshe water. 
- Repeat this process 3 more times. 
- Drain and coat in sesame oil. 
- Salt to taste.
