Greek Salad Dressing
Ingredients
- 1/4 (60ml) cup olive oil
- 2 Tbs (30ml) fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tbs (15ml) red wine vinegar
- 1 clove garlic , minced
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Serves 2-4
Step 1 - Prepare the Dressing
- Combine all ingredients in bowl or jar, except oil. 
- Mix ingredients with whisk in bowl, or shake in jar. 
- Add oil and mix or shake thoroughly. 
- Set aside in refrigerator. 
Step 2 - Toss your Salad
- Toss with Romaine, Iceburg or Greens Mix 
- Add red onions, tomoatoes, cucumber, bell peppers, Feta, capers, croutons.... 
Serve!
