Kimchijeon
Kimchi Pancake
Ingredients
- 3-5 whole Kimchi, chopped 
- 1 Small onion, chopped 
- 1 tsp (5g) sugar 
- 1/2 cup (60g) 
- 1/3 cup (80ml) water 
- Pinch of salt 
- Vegetable oil 
Basic Kimchi Pancake
- Mix Kimchi, Kimchi juice, water, chopped onion, flour, sugar and salt until “batter-like”. 
- Pour 3/4 cup (180ml) batter into medium high pan coated with oil. 
- Spread evenly and cook for 1-2 minutes until lightly browned, then flip and cook 1-2 more minutes. - Serve!
