Sukjunamul-muchim
Mung Bean Sprouts
Ingredients
- 1 pound (450g) mung bean sprouts 
- 2 cloves garlic, minced 
- 2 tsp (10ml) fish sauce 
- 2 green onions, chopped 
- 1 Tbs (15ml) sesame oil 
- 1 tsp (5ml) sesame seeds 
- Pinch of salt 
Prepare the Mung Bean Sprouts:
- Blanch and drain sprouts. 
- Mix with garlic, green onion, fish sauce, sesame oil, sesame seeds and salt. 
- Set on platter for serving.
