Red Peppers
Ingredients
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced 
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced 
- 3 Tbs (45ml) soy sauce 
- 1 Tbs (15ml) sesame oil 
- 1 tsp (5g) salt 
- 1 tsp (5g) sugar 
- 1 Tbs (15ml) vinegar 
- 3 Garlic cloves, minced 
- 1 tsp (5g) hot pepper powder 
Prepare the Red Peppers:
- Mix soy, sesame oil, salt, sugar, vinegar, garlic and hot pepper. 
- Pour over peppers and onions. 
- Stir until peppers and onions are fully coated. 
- Place on serving platter.
