dipping sauces
Ingredients
- 2 Tbs (18g) raw sugar 
- 4 Tbs (60ml) soy sauce 
- 4 Tbs (60ml) water 
- 4 Tbs (60ml) rice vinegar 
- 1/2 tsp garlic, minced 
- 1/2 tsp +/- Korean chili flakes 
- 1/2 green onion, thinly sliced 
Tip: There are several variations of this sauce. Use any combination of flavors you'd like. Other flavors include:
- Sesame oil 
- 1 red chili, thinly sliced 
- Fish sauce 
Make the sauce
- Add, sugar, liquids and spices to a mixing bowl. Whisk til combined. 
- Garnish with green onion.
