Spring Onion Salad
Ingredients
- 8 oz (225g) spring green onion, thinly sliced 
- 2 Tbs (30ml) soy sauce 
- 1 Tbs (15g) sugar 
- 1 Tbs (15ml) Sesame oil 
- 1 Tbs (15g) Sesame seeds 
- 2 tsp (10g) Korean chili powder 
- 2 tsp (10ml) white vinegar 
- 2 Garlic cloves, minced 
Step 1 - Make the Salad
- Rinse the green onions in cold running water, drain on paper towel 
- Mix the dressing ingredients until combined. 
- Drizzle dressing over onions until lightly covered. 
- Toss and serve.
