Spring Onion Salad
Ingredients
8 oz (225g) spring green onion, thinly sliced
2 Tbs (30ml) soy sauce
1 Tbs (15g) sugar
1 Tbs (15ml) Sesame oil
1 Tbs (15g) Sesame seeds
2 tsp (10g) Korean chili powder
2 tsp (10ml) white vinegar
2 Garlic cloves, minced
Step 1 - Make the Salad
Rinse the green onions in cold running water, drain on paper towel
Mix the dressing ingredients until combined.
Drizzle dressing over onions until lightly covered.
Toss and serve.
