Spring Onion Salad

Ingredients

  • 8 oz (225g) spring green onion, thinly sliced

  • 2 Tbs (30ml) soy sauce

  • 1 Tbs (15g) sugar

  • 1 Tbs (15ml) Sesame oil

  • 1 Tbs (15g) Sesame seeds

  • 2 tsp (10g) Korean chili powder

  • 2 tsp (10ml) white vinegar

  • 2 Garlic cloves, minced

 

Step 1 - Make the Salad

  • Rinse the green onions in cold running water, drain on paper towel

  • Mix the dressing ingredients until combined.

  • Drizzle dressing over onions until lightly covered.

  • Toss and serve.
