Tzatzíki
Cucumber, Dill and Yogurt
Ingredients
- 2 cups (500ml) Plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 Cucumber, peeled, seeded and finely chopped
- 1 tsp (2ml) salt
- 1/2 lemon. juiced only Serve with Pita Bread or Souvlaki
- 2 Tbs (30ml) Fresh Dill, finely chopped
Serves 4-6
Assemble Ingredients
- Combine all ingredients in bowl 
- Best if made 3 hours ahead of serving 
- Chill for 3 hours or overnight, covered 
- Serve with Pita Bread or Souvlaki or fresh vegetables
